About BBG

This meet up is formulated to discuss and gather ideas for the declaration of 'BDEZ - Batam Digital Economic Zone'. 
Batam, already a Free Trade Zone, has many resources and investment opportunities in various fields. The FTZ in Batam is part of Indonesia's economic development strategy to be able to interact productively on regional and international economic scene.
​The BDEZ will bring about greater economic and investment opportunities and also pave way for Indonesia to be the leader in digital and fintech sector.

1. To bring together all key stakeholders to discuss the declaration of BDEZ
2. To gather inputs from industry experts to ensure a intellectual, ethical and moral success
3. Meet and greet between local & capital stakeholders

Vision BBG

1. To bring Batam & Indonesia on the forefront of the digital revolution currently under way with the global adoption of Distributed Ledger Technology
2. To Promote BDZE in the regulation of blockchain-based businesses and the jurisdiction of quality and choice for worldclass fintech companies
3. To create a full legal framework regulating the whole distributed ledger technologies economy. This will give legal certainty for businesses and individuals to operate in BDZE
